We design and run your whole digital side: a website, your social presence, a 24/7 AI chat assistant, ad campaigns, lead capture and routing, follow-up automations, a marketing plan built for your area, and ongoing tuning as search engines and platforms change. We choose and operate the tools — you never have to touch them.
Scope of servicesWhile we work together, we won't take on a competing tree service in your service area. In return, you hold up your end: answer the qualified leads we send quickly, keep your public rating solid, and accept most of the leads we deliver. The exact targets are written into your agreement.
Service area & exclusivityNo monthly fees. No per-lead charges. To start, there's a one-time onboarding deposit, sized to your territory, that covers building your presence and ramping your leads. After launch, we earn 15% of the revenue from the new customers we bring you, for 12 months from each one's first job. You keep 100% of the business you already had and 85% of everything new.
Onboarding deposit & revenue shareOur performance is measured by the qualified leads we deliver — not by the jobs you close, which are on you. If we haven't delivered the number of qualified leads we committed to within your first four months, you can walk away and we refund your deposit in full.
Performance standard & fair exitThe agreement runs twelve months, then renews automatically each year. Either side can choose not to renew with 30 days' notice before the term ends. And the fair-exit refund in your first four months always applies.
Term & renewalOnce we've delivered, the website, the written content, and the social profiles we built for your brand are yours to keep. The engine behind them — the AI assistant, the automations, the tracking, and your directory placement — stays ours, and switches off if we ever part ways.
Intellectual propertyWe use call-tracking numbers, dedicated landing pages, and form tracking so we can fairly tell which customers came from our work. That tracking log is the shared record we both rely on to count new customers and the revenue share. We just ask that you don't route our leads around it.
Attribution & trackingThe revenue share never touches the business you already had — your "baseline." Before we launch, we agree and sign that baseline together, straight from your own books, and it's locked for the first year. Repeat work from your existing customers is 100% yours.
BaselineWe don't guarantee a #1 ranking or a specific revenue number — search engines and platforms are run by other people, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something. What we commit to is the work, the methods, and the effort to build durable local visibility for your business.
No ranking or revenue guaranteeWe protect your information and your customer data. You agree to protect our methods and systems — no copying or reverse-engineering them — with a short non-circumvention window after we part ways. A simple non-disclosure agreement is part of it. Standard stuff that keeps both sides honest.
Confidentiality & non-circumventionWe talk it out in good faith first — that solves almost everything. Anything that can't be worked out goes to binding arbitration. No drama, no surprises.
Dispute resolutionThe full legal details — the exact entity name, registration, and business address — come with the agreement itself, once you're ready to move forward.
